We often get referrals and calls to assist with due diligence of clients buying land and wanting to build their dream home. Whether you need preliminary pricing on your house, assistance getting the lots permitted to be built on, or further information for bringing in utilities - we would love to assist you through the entire process!

Pricing can be difficult. It would be easy for us to give you a price of $200/SQFT to build your new home or ADU. While that number can be accurate, it is not within our mission statement or ethical boundaries to mislead our clients. In order to get accurate pricing that can be contractually agreed upon, we will need a full set of plans and permitting outlined accordingly. Do not worry, we are happy to give you very accurate preliminary numbers while you interview us and our competition.

While we are not the most handsome crew to hire, we sure do know how to do our job - and do it well. We take pride in a high level of communication and transparency. Building is a messy project and with the PNW weather on top it can lead to a lot of stress and delays. We want to make sure each and every delay and stressor that comes up is discussed and you are prepared for what to expect.
